From the supplier: Van den Bergh Foods Co's Food Ingredients Group has introduced the first branded premium canola oil to the market. Developed by InterMountain Canola Company, Clear Valley brand canola oil is a high-monounsaturated, high stability oil. The advantage of canola oil to the food industry is that it is an oil with a low-level of polyunsaturated fatty acids that provides the stability of oils with high-saturated fat levels. The bland oil is colorless and nearly odorless and will not mask food flavors.
